Todd looks at Jesus' response to Peter's question, "How many times should I forgive? Is seven times enough?"  Jesus tells a powerful parable on forgiveness to demonstrate that followers of Jesus must be people who forgive every offense. Jesus absorbed the massive debt of our sin by sacrificing His life in our place. When we receive His great mercy, we become people of mercy. We become people who don't hold resentments or keep a record of how others have wronged us.
